DAY 1
Cairo

Arrival & Welcome

Your dedicated representative will meet you at Cairo International Airport with a name sign. Private transfer to your 5-star hotel. Check-in and meet your Egyptologist guide for a brief orientation — what to expect, tips for the days ahead, and any questions answered. Rest of the day free. Dinner on your own at the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

DAY 2
Cairo — Pharaonic

Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx & The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

We begin the day with an early departure to the Giza Plateau, allowing you to experience these iconic landmarks before the peak crowds arrive. Your expert Egyptologist will provide deep historical context, moving beyond the surface to explore the purpose and cultural significance of these architectural marvels through stories rarely captured by standard audio guides. Following a curated lunch, we will proceed to the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) for an immersive tour of the complete Tutankhamun collection. Overnight in Cairo.

DAY 3
Cairo — Islamic & Coptic history — Museum — Fly to Luxor

Citadel, Mohammed Ali Mosque & Coptic Cairo, NMEC

Your day begins with a visit to the Saladin Citadel and the exquisite Mosque of Muhammad Ali, where you will enjoy the most panoramic view of Cairo available within the city. We then proceed to explore the ancient, storied streets of Coptic Cairo, home to one of the oldest Christian communities in the world. Following a curated lunch, we will visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC); final home of the most famous royal mummies. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor (an hour flight) where you will be assisted by our representative until you check into your hotel to rest and prepare for the adventures awaiting you the following day. Overnight in Luxor.

DAY 4
Luxor — East Bank Tour — Nile Cruise Boarding

Karnak Temples, Luxor Temple & The Sphinx Avenue

Have breakfast then check out of your hotel and join your tour guide to visit Karnak Temples; The largest monumental complex in the world which is known as the history book of Ancient Egypt then head to your cruise ship for check in and lunch. Bypassing Luxor Temple daytime deliberately because it won’t be just the history but we invite you to experience Luxor Temple and The Sphinx Avenue bathed in the golden glow of twilight; a totally extraordinary experience. Dinner on the ship. Overnight in Luxor.

DAY 5
Luxor — West Bank Tour

The Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, The Village of the artisans

Early breakfast on the ship then join your tour guide to the heart of the mountains of western Thebes where Egypt’s best secret depicting the afterlife of the Pharaohs with dazzling, untouched colors and myths that refuse to fade. You will visit 3 royal tombs plus the extraordinary tomb of Ramesses V & VI. Followed by Hatshepsut’s Temple rising majestically out of the desert cliffs; a breathtaking triumph of ancient architecture where the most powerful lady of Ancient Egypt’s history built her mortuary temple. Our third site takes you off the Pharaohs’ track into the ancient world’s ultimate artisan village; this is ancient Egypt at its most human where you can see the ruins of their village and intact tombs. Finally, we will stop at the colossi of Memnon on our way back to the cruise ship. Back on board, lunch, the cruise sails smoothly down the Nile, offering front-row seats to a timeless landscape of riverside villages, roaming farm animals, and swaying palms. The journey pauses for a fascinating crossing through the Esna Lock until the ship docks at Edfu. Overnight in Edfu.

DAY 6
Edfu — Kom Ombo Temples

Edfu and Kom Ombo

Breakfast on board, then join your tour guide to visit Egypt’s most preserved ancient sanctuary where time has stood completely still for over two millennia; walk through the massive gateways, towering roofs of the falcon headed deity Horus of Edfu. Back to the boat, lunch while sailing with the marvelous Nile scenery around. Docking at Kom Ombo in the afternoon, then your tour guide will accompany you to visit Egypt’s only twin temple shadowed by the sunlight that was dedicated to two deities. Continue sailing until you dock in Aswan. Dinner on board. Overnight in Aswan.

DAY 7
Aswan

Aswan — Philae Temple — The Unfinished Obelisk — The High Dam

Breakfast on board, then join your tour guide for a visit to the pearl of Egypt where you get on a boat and cross over to the floating sanctuary of Isis, surrounded by water on all sides feels like stepping into a living postcard. Followed by The High Dam; a rock-filled dam overlooking Lake Nasser; the largest manmade lake in the world. Finally, we will visit the ancient quarry of granite where the Unfinished Obelisk is still laying; the largest and heaviest in the world. Overnight in Aswan.

Free Day — Optional: Abu Simbel Temples

Free relaxing day with all meals on the cruise ship. Optional excursion to visit Abu Simbel Temples; the colossal temples of Ramesses II carved into a cliff face — one of Egypt’s most extraordinary sights. Overnight in Aswan.

DAY 9
Aswan — Sailing Day

The Nubian Village

After breakfast on board, embark on a scenic motorboat ride to the vibrant Nubian Village. A photographer’s paradise, this village is a visual feast of narrow streets, welcoming locals, and homes painted in brilliant rainbow colors and geometric patterns. Return to the ship for lunch as we set sail from Aswan. Spend the afternoon taking in the timeless riverside scenery: local farmers tending to their livestock against a striking backdrop where golden desert sands meet lush green fields and the deep blue Nile. DAY 10
Sailing The Nile — Esna Lock — Luxor

Wake up to breakfast on board as we set sail from Edfu, taking in the spectacular scenery along the Nile. Begin the day with breakfast on board before joining your private guide to explore Luxor‘s best-kept secrets.
